Generally recommended for the quick working lunch, the following have an eye for healthy diversified eating, together with fast-as-you-please self service, with a minimum of "muss" on your part but lots of "fuss" on ours.

A variety of well-filled sandwich quarters, croissants, and kaiser rolls, tossed garden salad, relish/pickle platter, cheese and cracker tray and a hearty home made soup. Includes coffee, soft drinks and a light dessert selection.

Healthy, happy and wise? Absolutely! A variety of whole-grain rolls and breads, fresh fruit, cheeses, yogurt, tossed salad, relish/pickles, well-trimmed cold meat platter, tuna nad egg salad, coffee and soft drinks.
Boston Beef Bar...
Hot, well-trimmed beef-on-a-bun, horseradish, mustard, B.B.Q. sauce on the side, relish/pickle/cheese tray, French fries, cole slaw, a good bowl of home-made soup, coffee, soft drinks and light dessert selection.

The Party Pack...
Includes cheese, fruit and cracker display, vegetable and dip tray, and your choice of either 3 sandwich quarters per person or 4 pieces per person of assorted hot hors d'ouvres. Minimum of 20 people.
Useful Miscellaneous Information
1. Room Rental - varies with the amount of food and/or beverage that is supplied by the hotel in your function room. In many cases it is waived, if room rental is applicable to your function, you will be advised at the point of confirming your food and/or beverage needs.
2. Guaranteed Attendees to Food Functions - a minimum guaranteed number of attendees for food functions is required 48 hours prior to the serving date, this is the minimum charged for. Should you have additional guests, we of course charge for those additional.
3. Function Room Decoration - you are invited to decorate your function room for that special occasion, however, please remember, no open flame or candles! No confetti - confetti-throwing carries a $100.00 clean up charge so please avoid this.
4. Method(s) of Payment - unless pre-arranged, all function payment schedules are as follows: Weddings - $500.00 non-refundable deposit at point of bookig - a further (to 50% of entire anticipated bill) is required 7 days prior - balance (to guaranteed minimum number), together with all anticipated host alcoholic beverage charges is required on the day of the function, unless pre-arranged with the hotel manager.
5. Bartender Fee - should you schedule a specific bartender(s) for your function and bar sales (net of taxes) are less than $150.00 in the first three hours of your function (host or cash bars) there may be a charge of $15.00 per bartender per hour (min. of 3 hours per each bartender). This may be reduced or waived at the discretion of the hotel manager, and often depends on the dollar amount of the food ordered by the convener. Catering manager will confirm charges (if any) for bartender(s) at point of booking food requirements.
6. Wilfull Function Room Damage - whilst we at The Drawbridge Plaza Hotel & Suites seldom experience wilfull damage. it should be advised that the convener will be liable for intentional or wilfull damage to the function room or any part of the hotel by any attendee to the event that is not apprehended. We want everyone to have an enjoyable experience at your function.
7. Off Premises Produced Food - is not permitted in the hotel unless agreed upon by the catering manager. Wedding and anniversary cakes are, of course, an exception. From a liability standpoint, no food produced at the hotel is allowed off the premises unless it is agreed upon by the hotel.
